I have never used VATSIM before and would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist me in setting it up/explaining its use to me. Thanks!

I have downloaded and installed both FS-copilot 1.6 and FSInn 1.2. When I try to run FSX I get "Fatal error" and the program closes. It has something to do with copilot as I tried uninstalling FSInn and the problem still persisted. When both are uninstalled FSX Works fine.

Can anybody please point me in the right direction. Thanks.

First I would like to ask if you are able to connect on VATSIM properly and talk to the ATC online?

2) What OS are you runing? (ex. XP, VISTA)
3) Have you tried reinstalling FSX along with your addons... A clean reinstall ussually help stop the fatal errors.

Let me know if you reinstall, and tell me if your first able to connect to VATSIM via FSInn.

All problems fixed, after about 3 hours of messing around. VATSIM is fully functional...needed the newer versions (Copilot 1.7 and FSInn 1.3) to operate on my 64 bit Vista platform. Had some issues with VAFS also, but that was easily fixed by checking ''run program as administrator''.

Everything is now up and operational
